Refund Policy


Refunds are only offered for purchases of classes with duplicate content. 

For example, if you have purchased two classes with the same topics:

  • if both classes contain the exact same topics and recordings, the class with the lower fee paid will be refunded
  • if one class contains some recordings that have been purchased with other classes, either the portion of the fee for the duplicate recordings will be refunded, or the class will be refunded, whichever is lower

The following purchases will not be refunded:

  • Any material that has already been made accessible 
  • Any class for which the Google Classroom has already been sent via email

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include the account number of the account to which the refund amount will be paid. This account MUST be under the same name as the account from which the payment was made.


We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the refund amount will be sent to the account provided in your refund request email within two weeks.

If you still have not received your refund yet after two weeks from the date of refund approval, please contact us at {}.
